The Account Manager will lead the day-to-day interactions with customers, developing an effective relationship, towards continuously improving their experience, and their customer journey. As a leader in customer satisfaction, the Account Manager will own and plan the management of accounts, in addition to defining and reporting on business drivers required to meet/exceed customers and Cartamundi Key Performance Indicators, (KPIs). This role works directly with customers, utilizing internal resources to identify risks, plan, monitor, and measure project schedules, including forecasting and production updates / changes. What You'll Do as an Account Manager: Deliver a best-in-class journey to our customers, focused on yielding a profitable margin for Cartamundi. Manage all customer needs, concerns and requests with respect, and cooperation Effectively manage customer expectations and on-time delivery schedules Respond to and deliver fast and accurate Request For Quote (RFQ) details to customers Effectively listen and offer solutions representing the voice of the customer Display ownership and confidence, offering decisions and solutions to the customer Effectively plan and clearly communicate accurate schedules and performance data. Compile and analyze manufacturing and account data to solve business challenges Present business performance metrics, weekly and monthly. Partner successfully with all team members and leadership on Cartamundi KPIs We're looking for an Account Manager with: 5 years account management experience, with external facing customers (B2B preferred) Experience with fast paced/changing environments, with ability to stay focused and organized Experience with world class customer services principles A bachelors degree (preferred), a concentration in Business Management is a plus Experience with quotation processes and calculation tools Experience with a CRM is required (Salesforce a plus) Effective communication skills, verbal and written Strong presentation skills Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint Experience with a metric- driven environment Entrepreneurial spirit to own, plan, and deliver on customer and Cartamundi KPIs. This position requires the ability to: Move throughout the entire facility to attend to various issues Work effectively in teams across functional groups with strong communication skills and the ability to lead Perform sedentary work on various computer systems This Account Manager position is located on-site in our Dallas facility.
