Job Title: Field Service Technician $25-$33/hrJob DescriptionWe are seeking motivated mechanics to service balers, compactors, and industrial equipment. This position involves performing repairs, maintenance, and installation of equipment. The role typically includes working on hydraulics, basic electrical operations, and welding fabrication to maximize safe and productive operations.ResponsibilitiesPerform inspections, conduct diagnostic tests, preventative maintenance, and repairs on various types of compactors and other stationary equipment.Read electrical schematics and diagnose and repair electrical problems on equipment using both single and three-phase AC voltage.Read hydraulic schematics and diagnose and repair hydraulic issues on equipment.Complete paperwork and/or enter data associated with repairing relevant equipment accurately and in a timely manner.Follow all safety policies and procedures.Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or G.E.D.At least 2 years of expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, or weldingProficiency in electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting, schematic reading, service, preventive maintenance, and repairWhy Work Here?We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment where your skills and dedication are valued.
