AEROTEK AVIATION IS HIRING FOR A ROTORBLADE TECHNICIAN FOR A PRESTINE HELICOPTER MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN BROUSSARD, LA!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Blade Technician to join our team. This role involves repairing and maintaining helicopter blades, ensuring top-notch quality and functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, be comfortable using various tools and equipment, and have a keen eye for detail.ResponsibilitiesRepair helicopter blades with precision and care.Read and interpret prints and schematics accurately.Complete sanding, cleaning, and blade-specific maintenance tasks.Properly record work performed on appropriate maintenance records.Handle shipping and receiving tasks as needed.Essential SkillsExperience with mechanical repairs and maintenance.Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.Familiarity with production and quality control processes.Comfortable using hand tools and other maintenance equipment.Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.Additional Skills & QualificationsA 2-year technical degree is desired.Interest, experience, and training in aviation are highly beneficial.Drafting and blueprint interpretation skills are preferred.A self-starter with a willingness to learn is required.Why Work Here?Join our team and become part of a dynamic work environment where your skills and dedication are valued.
