Our client are looking for an experienced Superintendent, who will be responsible for collaborating with the project management team to develop and maintain construction schedules, as well as overseeing daily on-site construction activities.

We are currently working with a second-generation family-owned General Contractor that has been servicing the Baltimore Metropolitan Area for over 60 years. While their bread and butter has always been educational (higher ed & K-12) projects, their portfolio now includes senior living, non-profit, office and multifamily projects.
Description
Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Collaborating with the project management team to develop and maintain construction schedules
Overseeing daily on-site construction activities
Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Monitoring construction to guarantee alignment with plans
Tracking project budgets and expenses
Identifying and resolving issues
Profile
Over 5 years of experience in the construction industry
Previously served as Superintendent, managing projects from initiation to completion
Preferred but not mandatory experience with K-12 projects
Required experience in new construction
Successfully managed projects valued at $20M+
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
