Description
The General Manager will be responsible for:
Operational Leadership
Manage daily operations across multiple sites, focusing on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
Develop and execute strategies to meet short- and long-term business goals
Oversee production planning, scheduling, and inventory management to ensure operational efficiency.
Continuous Improvement
Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Identify and drive process improvements to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
Increase productivity through strategic operational enhancements.
Profit & Loss Accountability
Ensure alignment of operations with financial budgets and business objectives.
Drive cost management, improve profit margins, and oversee financial performance.
Team Development
Build and maintain a high-performance team through talent development, mentorship, and succession planning..
Customer Focus
Partner with sales and customer service teams to meet customer needs and expectations.
Strategic Planning
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

Profile
The successful General Manager will have the following experience:
Experience
Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, with a proven history of driving operational efficiency and achieving strong financial results.
Skills
Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, operations management, and ERP systems.
Exceptional abilities in analytics, strategic planning, and complex problem-solving.
Leadership
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, cultivating talent, and implementing cultural transformations.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a focus on mentoring, influencing, and setting a positive example.
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or operations management required.
Advanced qualifications, such as an MBA or professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt), are highly desirable.
