Project Support:
Assist in managing project scopes and ensuring timelines are met, from inception through completion, for ground-up builds and complex renovation projects. Client Relations:
Foster positive client relationships, ensuring needs are understood and met. Software Utilization:
Use
Procore ,
PlanGrid , and
Sage 300
for effective project documentation and team communication. Team Coordination:
Collaborate with superintendents and subcontractors to drive project milestones.
Profile
Experience:
Minimum
2 years
in construction management, ideally with
ground-up building
experience in apartments, healthcare, or educational projects. Project Background:
Proven ability to manage projects
$10M+
in value. Technical Skills:
Proficient in
Excel ,
MS Office ,
Procore ,
PlanGrid , and
Sage 300 .
Job Offer
Competitive Salary:
Base of
$85K-$95K
with an additional bonus potential up to
10% . Comprehensive Benefits:
