Oversee and manage daily operations of interior construction projects, ensuring all work is performed according to project plans and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Manage the project schedule, track progress, and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines and client expectations. Enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe work environment, complying with OSHA regulations and company standards. Review and interpret construction drawings and documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility of design and execution. Conduct regular inspections of the work being performed to ensure quality, adherence to codes, and craftsmanship standards. Handle on-site troubleshooting and problem-solving to resolve project challenges efficiently. Provide leadership and guidance to subcontractors and field staff to maintain a positive and productive job site environment. Monitor material deliveries, coordinate equipment rentals, and maintain site logistics. Attend project meetings and report on project progress, issues, and solutions to upper management and clients.

Profile Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a focus on interior construction in a commercial setting. Proven ability to manage multiple interior construction projects simultaneously, with a focus on office build-outs, retail, and hospitality interiors. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices in interior fit-outs and renovations. Experience working with subcontractors, clients, and a wide range of stakeholders. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore) and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project or Primavera). Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Commitment to safety, quality control, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
