Description My client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in light industrial construction to oversee and manage large-scale projects across the Southeast. This is a high-impact role that involves leading project teams, ensuring quality and efficiency, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The Senior Project Manager will report directly to senior leadership and work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The Senior Project Manager - General Contractor - Greenville, SC will be responsible for: Overseeing and managing light industrial projects from inception to completion, ensuring project milestones are met. Leading project teams and collaborating with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Managing relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction. Developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality controls, and contractual agreements throughout the project lifecycle. Identifying and mitigating project risks, making proactive adjustments to timelines and budgets as necessary.
