As our Legal Recruiter in our Talent Acquisition Department, you will be leading the talent search for volume and entry level roles. You will be supporting the efforts of talent coming into key roles that grow into the fabric of our company. You will have the ability to streamline, influence and be part of the idea creation of our evolving growth.

As our Legal Recruiter in our Talent Acquisition Department, you will be leading the talent search for volume and entry level roles. You will be supporting the efforts of talent coming into key roles that grow into the fabric of our company. You will have the ability to streamline, influence and be part of the idea creation of our evolving growth.
Daily Tasks:
- Conduct and attend initial requisition and status report meetings with Hiring Managers.
- Maintain and update current job ads as the Firm expands and create job ads for new positions as needed.
- Utilize internal ATS and external job boards to source qualified candidates and manage job board posts.
- Screen potential candidates via Zoom and keep candidate statuses updated in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with the interview process, conducting in-person interviews and scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Create and present offer letters, negotiating offer terms with candidates.
Your Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working full cycle in Talent Acquisition.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence through data, context and strong communication.
- Ability to organize schedule productively and be efficient with time.
- Experience working with external job boards such as LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and technologically savvy.
