Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%):

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a diverse range of roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating timely updates and providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

General HR Responsibilities (30%):

• Support onboarding efforts, ensuring new hires have a seamless and engaging transition into the company.
• Assist with employee relations, ensuring alignment with company policies and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Contribute to HR initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and training programs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Serve as a resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Preferred)
• 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a significant focus on recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in HR.
• Bi-Lingual - Spanish Speaking. (REQUIRED)
