This position is critical for maintaining the integrity of our financial reporting and providing strategic direction to the audit team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.Review and assess audit work papers and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.Provide guidance and mentorship to audit staff, fostering professional development and team collaboration.Develop and implement audit strategies that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.Stay updated on changes in regulations and best practices within the auditing field.QualificationsCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.A minimum of 5 years of experience in private audit or assurance services.Strong understanding of audit methodologies, standards, and regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Experience in public accounting and public audit is preferred.Enrolled Agent (EA) designation and experience as an Audit Manager are a plus.BenefitsFull benefits for this opportunity; including PTO, 401k plans, Healthcare coverages, bonuses, and more!For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
