The RN Clinical Trainer will be responsible for the delivery of training to our clinical staff in alignment with delivering superior patient care. The Clinical Trainer will work closely with the Clinical Operations Management Team to ensure care and services are delivered effectively, consistently, and satisfactorily across our clinics.
- Conducts frequent clinic visits to provide training for newly hired OR staff
- Monitors clinical skills and competence of OR Circulators/OR Sterilizers and provides timely and relevant feedback through ongoing coaching
- Facilitates and leads education and continuing professional development for OR staff across our clinics
- Acts as a role model and expert clinical practitioner in the delivery of patient care Promotes a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through research and evidence-based clinical practice
Requirements
- Bachelors or higher in Nursing with active RN license
- Minimum 1+ year experience in a Training Delivery position
- Strong leadership skills including change management
- Excellent communications and coaching skills
- Detailed oriented, team player, and ability to adapt to various work environments
- Travel: 50% - 75%
