A-Line Staffing is now hiring Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health Care in Duluth GA.

Compensation

• The pay for this position is $46-50 per hour.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for patients of all ages in their homes, ensuring quality and continuity of care.
• Assess patient needs and create individualized Plans of Care (POC) based on physical, psychological, and environmental factors.
• Educate patients and families on care, medications, diet, and safety, promoting self-care practices.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with third-party payer requirements.
• Perform pain assessments, infection control measures, and supervise Home Health Aides (HHAs) and other care staff.
• Provide on-call support and communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members.

Requirements

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 1–2 years of experience as an RN in a clinical care setting.
• 2 years of home health experience.
• Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program (BSN preferred).
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase Software and OASIS documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• CHPN certification.
