Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.
- Support the preparation of event materials and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to confirm details and address any issues that arise.
- Help manage event set-up and break-down, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure that all event activities are executed as planned.
- Monitor event activities to ensure they run smoothly and handle any problems that may arise.
- Prepare post-event reports and assist with evaluations to improve future events.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in event planning or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
