The primary responsibility of this role is to manage inventory processes, perform accurate stock counts, and maintain efficient inventory levels, ensuring seamless operations within our warehouse. The Inventory Control Specialist will handle the receiving, inspection, and documentation of incoming goods, identify and resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory control practices. Location: Fort Worth, TX - onsite
Pay Rate: $52-60K/YR DOE
Schedule: M-F during core business hours
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related role.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and the ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
