We are searching for a Development Chemist to join their team on an on-site, full-time basis at their global Headquarters in Newark, NJ. They offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and more! The compensation for this position is $70k-$80k based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct laboratory experiments to evaluate the properties and performance of formulations.
- Analyze data to identify trends, make informed recommendations, develop applications, methods, and product formulas.
- Establish testing protocols and assess products based on development, research, and process control requirements.
- Analyze raw materials and products to determine their chemical and physical properties, preparing lab samples according to formulas and experimental procedures, qualifying and assessing the value of new materials through laboratory testing.
- Document all experimental processes and conditions, recording lab results to evaluate product performance, stability, chemical composition, purity, and other relevant characteristics.
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, or related scientific field required, Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience of work in a laboratory setting is required; experience in formulating materials is strongly preferred.
