Job Description
We have been engaged by a Global Leader in packaging and processing equipment to help them find a Regional Sales Manager for New England area
The company to this day family owned and operated by the 5 th generation of the family and has been since the 1800's, making it truly unique in the Industry. Specializing in packaging and process equipment, they operate globally in over 120 countries with high-quality and cutting-edge technology. Their rich history lends itself to a very rewarding and stable opportunity for candidates.
You will be responsible for covering the entire territory and selling the complete line of machinery and consumables to mainly food and beverage accounts. You will actively find and follow up on your own leads and follow through with customers and projects. There is room for growth and advancement within and the role pays higher than average commissions of 2-6% uncapped. You will get splits on any key accounts in your territory as well as pay on machinery and consumables. Additionally, you will be provided with a company car, credit card, laptop, and phone. This company also has additional incentives for things like opening a new account you get $500 etc...
You will be supported by a leader whose belief system is that she works for you! She is there to help you to be as successful as possible.

To be considered:
- Background in process or packaging equipment- vision, track and trace, inspection, printing, labels, and weigh systems preferred.
- Reside in New England Territory preferably Boston but will consider all strong candidates if in the territory
- Travel as needed thru territory 50-60%
- Successful Business development and career history
