This role involves overseeing the architectural integrity of large-scale projects, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the architectural vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectivesCollaborate with the product and the leadership team to define technical roadmaps and prioritiesDesign scalable, high-performance architectural solutions for complex projectsEnsure architectural integrity and consistency across all projects and solutionsDevelop and enforce architectural best practices, guidelines, and standardsStay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practicesProvide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycleEvaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve efficiency and qualityOversee the architectural aspects of projects from conception through implementationEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsCollaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans and schedulesWork closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and development teams, to gather requirements and translate them into architectural solutionsCommunicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholdersFoster a collaborative environment across the organization to drive alignment and support for architectural initiativesSkills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.10+ years of experience in architectural design and development, with at least 5 years in designing large-scale applications using cloud technologiesSkills and Qualifications: Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, large-scale systems and solutionsStrong knowledge of architectural principles, frameworks, and best practicesExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategicallyStrong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in relevant architectural tools and technologiesExperience with cloud computing, microservices, and other modern architectural patterns is highly desirableLead and mentor a team of architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellenceExperience with object-oriented languages, such as Java, is preferredExperience in multiple relational databases such as Oracle and SQL serversExperience using Git, Jenkins, and Github/Gitlab or similar technologiesExperience working as part of an Agile Scrum TeamStrong experience in designing and implementing applications based on business requirementsKnowledge of NoSQL technologies like Redis, DynamoDB, and MongoDB is desirableExperience working with messaging systems, including Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other Strong experience with cloud technologies(AWS/Azure/GCP) Experience with Docker containerization and CI/CD pipelinePreferred Skills:Certification in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalentExperience with Agile and DevOps methodologiesFamiliarity with cybersecurity principles and practices#LI-CH2Salary RangesCompensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year BenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits.The base pay range shown is a guideline.
