What You'll Do: Verify vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and update shipment tracking. Bill customers for direct shipments and manage packing slips and sales tax. Match vendor packing slips to warehouse deliveries; resolve discrepancies with suppliers and the warehouse manager. Receive materials in Sage accounting and maintain accurate filing of purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents. Collaborate with team members to support daily operations. Rich Benefits! salary: $21 - $23 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Associate Responsibilities Making sure all vendor invoice pricing is accurate, purchase order matches and update any shipment tracking information, billing customers for direct shipments, and requesting packing slips as needed from vendors, verifying sales tax for applicable county. Receiving: Verify vendor packing slips to what our warehouse received for accuracy, follow up on any discrepancies from supplier, communicate with our warehouse manager if any discrepancies, and receive materials against purchase orders in Sage accounting program. File: Purchase order hard copies, invoices, and bills of lading. Maintaining files accurately Working alongside team memebers The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment Skills Account Reconciliation Accounts Payable (1 year of experience is required) Accounts Receivable (1 year of experience is required) SAP (2 years of experience is preferred) Work Order Administrative Duties (1 year of experience is preferred) Order Processing (1 year of experience is required) Invoicing QuickBooks (2 years of experience is preferred) Purchase Orders (2 years of experience is preferred) Bookkeeping (1 year of experience is preferred) Work Orders Service Coordination Project coordinator Construction Industry SAGE (1 year of experience is preferred) Purchase Accounting Inventory management (1 year of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
