Project Scheduler (Contract Role – 6 Months) We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler with a proven track record in project planning and scheduling to join our team on a six-month contract. The ideal candidate will hold a PMP certification and have expertise in Microsoft Project. This role will be critical in ensuring that project timelines are meticulously planned, monitored, and adjusted to achieve successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones.
Monitor project progress, identify variances, and provide recommendations for schedule adjustments.
Perform critical path analysis and update schedules based on project changes or risks.
Create and distribute regular schedule reports to stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of the schedule with project budgets, resources, and overall objectives.
Identify potential scheduling conflicts or risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and scheduling software.
Minimum of [insert years, e.g., 5 years] of experience in project scheduling for complex projects.
great analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and build all project schedules collaboratively with the project teams.
Participate in all phases of construction planning and scheduling process, including creating contract, procurement, baseline, and track schedules.
Use Microsoft Project, identifying milestones, tracking of milestones and working with cost/project planning team
Conduct regular project visits to review job status and construction sequencing knowledge to maintain project schedules accurately.
Identify and effectively communicate schedule challenges, risks, and conflicts to stakeholders and provide corrective suggestions and creative solutions.
Assists project teams in schedule sequencing, methods of construction, project delays and impacts, alternate work plans, and recovery schedules.
PMP Certified preferred
