The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns for Camelback Resort.

- Develop and manage internal communications with stakeholders. Distribute marketing reports, PR developments, upcoming media stay announcements, etc.
- Provide updates and content to external stakeholders (agencies and partnerships)
- Assist in developing copy and maintaining brand voice.
- Assist in maintaining website content through CMS platform.
- Review and respond to guest reviews on Expedia, booking.com, etc.,
- Coordinate all promotional campaigns and resort updates with social agency and PR agency.
- Work with PR agency on all media and influencer stay/site visits. Coordinate trip itineraries and stays. Track analytics for each.
- Work with Social Agency to maintain social content calendar and TripAdvisor reviews.
- Maintain 3rd party listings for restaurants, events, and resorts (Visitors Bureau, Visit Pa, OpenTable, etc.)
- Manages Marketing Calendar and Channel map.
- Assist in maintaining monthly budgets and inputting invoices.
- Consistent monitoring marketing industry trends and related amusement park, ski resort, waterpark businesses: researching and evaluating opportunities.
- Oversee snow report and conditions updates.
- Maintains promotional materials throughout the resort - inventory/stock, places orders for print/collateral and oversee installation.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related degree; equivalent field experience with proven history and industry recommendations may be considered.
- Must have social media presence and awareness of trends and staying informed.
- Experienced Premiere Pro or creating video content.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Basic understanding on how to capture engaging images for social media
- Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations in public, during media events and product launches, product demonstrations and while participating at trade shows.
- Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Being familiar with project management software is also an asset.
- Ability to pull database lists and write copy for email distribution.
- Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and sharing this information with other team members in project updates.
- A working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs and features is a must with experience in web page development or graphic design being very helpful.
- Proficient in WordPress, Excel, MS Word, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite
- Photoshop skills preferred.
- Ski or Snowboard experience preferred.
- Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evening, and holidays.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
