Job Description: The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join its defense litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial work. Job Description: The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join its defense litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial work. The firm provides aggressive, effective defense strategies while maintaining a collegial and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead attorney with all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft complex legal documents.
- Collaborate with expert witnesses, consultants, and other attorneys to develop and implement defense strategies.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials to advocate for clients' interests.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- 3-5 years of experience in law with proven litigation abilities in insurance defense, and/or commercial & real estate
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Strong integerity, moral character and a high degree of professionalism.
