As a Quality Project Manager, you will act as an important liaison between customers, resident inspectors, Stadler, and suppliers (both internal and external.) You will make sure requirements are met with the aim of motivating customers and implementing requirements as ecologically and economically as possible based on the quality plan up until the end of the warranty phase.

As a Quality Project Manager, you will act as an important liaison between customers, resident inspectors, Stadler, and suppliers (both internal and external.) You will make sure requirements are met with the aim of motivating customers and implementing requirements as ecologically and economically as possible based on the quality plan up until the end of the warranty phase.
Key Activities
- Develop, oversee, and maintain the quality assurance project plan and associated quality reports, procedures, and work instructions based on customer, standard, and statutory requirements, as well as internal factory requirements.
- Create and maintain 8D, 5 Why, and audit reports, when applicable
- Review and have knowledge of contractual obligations and customer specifications, coordinate customer expectations, and ensure compliance during the manufacturing stage.
- Work with the FAI manager to prepare the FAI plan and provide support during the first article stage.
- Support the configuration management design process within the project.
- Responsible for implementation of daily, project-wide QC and QA including continuous improvement withing the Quality team (KPIs, improvement concepts, etc.)
- Coordinate and plan all project-related quality topics with the QC and QA project specific teams including control of applicable production quality control.
- Plan and perform audits (both internal and external).
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure all project and company objectives are fulfilled.
- Responsible for the customer's resident inspector to coordinate all requests and needs.
- Create the inspection plan for all project stages. Review and provide feedback for acceptance criteria for the QC Inspection Team.
- Document activities related to design, manufacturing, testing, and delivery.
- Set and monitor quality objectives.
- Maintain organized first edition vehicle history book and table of contents, inspection, and quality control documentation
- Act as a liaison with other locations (i.e. Swiss-based engineers, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field such as Quality Management, Project Management, Engineering, etc.
- 2-5 years of quality experience
- Proven experience as a project manager or quality professional
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to the industry (i.e. EDA, EMA, ISO regulations)
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Office Suite and Visio
