KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st Shift. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant manufacturing equipment. This requires a strong aptitude for both electrical systems and mechanical maintenance.
- Complete preventative maintenance routines as directed by computer reports.
- Order parts and materials as required, to make repairs, build equipment, and maintain inventory.
- Be able to read and understand complex electrical line drawings, ladder diagrams, hydraulic schematics, etc.
- Complete all paperwork, and maintain files as required, such as: machine files, work orders, PM sheets, machine logs, electrical prints, panel files, and equipment layouts.
- Work with the Maintenance team, Engineers, Managers and the Tool & Die team to implement new equipment installations.
- Mentor/train Electromechanical Maintenance Apprentice personnel.
- Operate all assembly production equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
- Maintain communication with other shifts to support information flow.
- Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or Electricity with Mechanical Maintenance experience, or Automation Engineering, or Journeyman Electrician with Mechanical Maintenance Experience
- Welding experience is a plus
- Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required

- Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
- This is a 1st Shift position
- Hours are 6am-2pm Monday - Friday
