KI is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for our Manufacturing Plant in Green Bay, WI. The position is responsible for providing administrative support to our Manufacturing Leadership Team including the General Manager, Operations Managers and Engineering Managers. The position also serves as a backup to the Sr. Admin to the Vice President of Manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will have or be working towards an Associates Degree in Administrative Professional or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills to support multiple managers across the manufacturing team along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. This is a part time position that offers excellent benefits with hours ranging from 20 to 30 per week. The actual hours worked will be determined in collaboration with the selected candidate and General Manager.
