SUMMARY
The Partner Logistics Coordinator works cross-team within the operational branch of Feeding Tampa Bay. This position is responsible for the assignment of docks for inbound and outbound food as well as logistics/food flow for the Agency Relations Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and assign docks to incoming transportation guests for both inbound and outbound orders, including agency partners, third-party logistics vendors, delivery drivers, and Feeding Tampa Bay (FTB) drivers.

SUMMARY
The Partner Logistics Coordinator works cross-team within the operational branch of Feeding Tampa Bay. This position is responsible for the assignment of docks for inbound and outbound food as well as logistics/food flow for the Agency Relations Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and assign docks to incoming transportation guests for both inbound and outbound orders, including agency partners, third-party logistics vendors, delivery drivers, and Feeding Tampa Bay (FTB) drivers.
- Oversee and manage food flow from receiving to delivery, including projecting needs, tracking orders, monitoring inventory age, and ensuring timely food movement.
- Provide logistical and customer service support for agency orders, bulk pickups, and deliveries, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Utilize inventory systems to process and manage data as needed for tasks, projects, etc.
- Maintains clear communication with internal teams (Warehouse, Transportation, Inventory, Procurement, etc) to ensure seamless coordination of food ordering, movement, and delivery.
- Maintain and report Meal Connect data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Retail Rescue pounds
- Support partner survey efforts and quarterly data reports
- Assist with data collection for Grant/Contract Reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required information.
- Manage asset tracking and reporting for assets assigned from FTB grants and other funding opportunities
- Assist with audit and compliance data collection, including agency monitoring, food safety, documentation compliance, and asset tracking
- Utilize telematics transportation system to provide information to partners on ETA of deliveries
- Coordinate with partners on scheduling pickups and deliveries as needed, ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations
- Performs other related assignments, duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's degree or 2 years' experience in data and technology systems, preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Windows environment and ability to learn and work in inventory database system
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to professionally and effectively communicate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure, manage/prioritize multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to obtain ServSafe Manager food safety training while at FTB
- Sound judgment and discretion, with the ability to make informed decisions in varying situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work in environments with variable temperatures and humidity, with potential exposure to dust and dirt
- Logistics coordination experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely and efficiently.
- Commitment to understanding and supporting the FTB mission and strategic pillars.
