Brandt is currently looking to fill Territory Manager - Utility Trailer positions for the Indianapolis, Indiana area.
Reporting to the US Sales Director Trailers , the Territory Manager - Utility Trailers is responsible for achieving sales budget in the assigned product lines, and for supporting the product-line success of an assigned team of territory managers and dealers.
The Territory Manager will create and expand relationships with existing and new customers/dealers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow one or more assigned product lines. This position will lead the launch of new assigned products in a defined geographical area. In collaboration with the field sales team and dealers the specialist will assist and train on qualified opportunities for both customer sales and dealer development.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the success of an assigned team of territory managers and dealers.
- Help launch and build a dealer network for Brandt's lineup of utility trailers.
- Coordinate sales through Brandt's heavy haul trailer dealer network where there is a good fit for that market
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
- Provides coaching, training, and professional development to territory managers in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key producers
- Background in trailer, construction or heavy truck sales experience
- Degree or diploma in Business considered a strong asset
- The ability to perform to the highest degree energy with minimal supervision
