Brandt is currently seeking a Territory Manager for our Iowa region. This position is responsible for the marketing and sale of the complete line of Brandt Agricultural products.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesMarket and sell budgeted annual product volumes in assigned territoryMust be accessible to Dealers and in some situations, to the end-user customersEnsure all Dealers are capable of handling the Brandt product lineEnsure dealers are educated on Brandt's Terms & Conditions, and all aspects of Brandt sales, service, and financeManage territory expense budget to meet budget goalsComplete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate mannerKeep current on product knowledge and equipmentKeep current on customers' business activities and needsDevelop marketing and promotion strategies for territoryPrepare customer status reports, including but not limited to sales call activity, closing, follow -up, and prospect reports as requiredOther duties as assigned#LI-onsite
Required Skills
Working knowledge of agricultural machinery products, or similar industrySales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment considered an assetStrong customer service skillsHighly motivated and self-directedExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsAbility to build relationships and prospect new accountsMust be able to obtain or have a valid passport, and be able to travel internationallyA recent driver's abstract will be requiredThree to five years of relevant agricultural sales experience preferred
