Job Description
Brandt is currently seeking a Territory Manager for our Minnesota and Northern Iowa region. This position is responsible for the marketing and sale of the complete line of Brandt Agricultural products.
Duties & Responsibilities Market and sell budgeted annual product volumes in assigned territory Must be accessible to Dealers and in some situations, to the end-user customers Ensure all Dealers are capable of handling the Brandt product line Ensure dealers are educated on Brandt's Terms & Conditions, and all aspects of Brandt sales, service, and finance Manage territory expense budget to meet budget goals Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner Keep current on product knowledge and equipment Keep current on customers' business activities and needs Develop marketing and promotion strategies for territory Prepare customer status reports, including but not limited to sales call activity, closing, follow -up, and prospect reports as required Other duties as assigned Required Skills
Working knowledge of agricultural machinery products, or similar industry Sales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment considered an asset Strong customer service skills Highly motivated and self-directed Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts Must be able to obtain or have a valid passport, and be able to travel internationally A recent driver's abstract will be required Three to five years of relevant agricultural sales experience preferred
