Job Requirements
• Must have MS and oncology experience in checklist (1 year minimum)
• Experience with various patient diagnoses such as Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, Acute Myeloid Leukemia (Adult), Amyloidosis, Aplastic Anemia, Chronic Leukemia, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), Chronic Myeloid (Myelogenous) Leukemia, Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, Myelodysplastic Syndrome, Myeloproliferative Disorders, Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma
• Skills in MS/Tele (Medical-Surgical/Telemetry), Telemetry monitoring, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response Teams, Feeding tube care and management, Blood product administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral line care/management, PICC line management, Nasal cannula administration

Schedule Information
• No set schedule, no set weekends, no block schedule. The facility determines the complete schedule, which may include working every weekend.
• Must be flexible.
• Maximum 1-2 days RTO (Requested Time Off).

Additional Details
• Residency Declaration Form required if candidate is using a compact license from any state other than Ohio.
• Check UD/Unit Cost Center Link to determine certifications required per unit.
• AHA only (Instructor/Provider and RQI acceptable). Letter of completion not acceptable.
• *Travelers can renew ACLS and BLS at the facility.
• Required for ER, ER OB, and ER Psych.
