Job Summary Description:
The Pipeline Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of underground sewage and storm pipeline rehabilitation projects by reviewing and analyzing CCTV footage of pipeline conditions using pipeline assessment software. This role is essential for maintaining project integrity and adherence to industry standards. The Analyst will collaborate closely with the Associate Project Manager, Construction Managers, and Project Managers to achieve project objectives.

Job Summary Description:
The Pipeline Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of underground sewage and storm pipeline rehabilitation projects by reviewing and analyzing CCTV footage of pipeline conditions using pipeline assessment software. This role is essential for maintaining project integrity and adherence to industry standards. The Analyst will collaborate closely with the Associate Project Manager, Construction Managers, and Project Managers to achieve project objectives.
Essential Job Accountabilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of CCTV footage to assess existing pipeline's structural integrity as well as post rehabilitation quality, within project compliance codes and regulations.
- Identify and report quality issues and/or defects.
- Collaborate with project management to supply videos and reports of quality concerns and project invoicing.
- Maintain detailed records of quality assurance compliance or concerns.
- Utilize quality assurance software and tools to streamline the review process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance department.
- Learning and becoming proficient with the pipeline assessment software the company supplies and will train how to use, will be essential for this role.
- Highlight the ability to learn operation processes and potential of other new software and technologies as needed with company growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in computer software applications (MS Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of pipeline rehabilitation industry (preferred).
- Proficiency in PACP/Pipeline assessment software (preferred).
- PACP certification (preferred).
