Overview
The Legal Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to a team of attorneys, paralegals and business support personnel. Some high-level responsibilities include building relationships with assigned team members, creating and editing documents, performing document comparisons, entering and editing daily time, arranging travel, coordinating meeting arrangements and providing overflow support for LEAs.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
Working Conditions
This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with internal stakeholders
- Coordinates travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Processes invoices and expense reports
- Supports the clean-up of diary entries according to client guidelines; transfers time to appropriate matters as necessary
- Manages and coordinates logistics for meetings or events
- Provides general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Collaborates with other departments and team members on various projects
- Assists in the coordination of special projects and initiatives as assigned
- Demonstrates technical proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) applications
- Maintains confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Is proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to handle unexpected tasks and challenges
- Executes work with a high degree of precision and accuracy
- College degree or equivalent
- Expert proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) applications
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to seamlessly perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external lawyers, staff and clients
- Expert communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making capability
- Experience working in a law firm, professional services organization, or customer service capacity

- New York: $65,500 - $105,000
