The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of a wide range of events, ensuring each one runs smoothly and meets our high standards of excellence. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and transportation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Oversee event setup, on-site management, and post-event breakdown.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to event planning, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in developing and managing event budgets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Support marketing efforts for events, including social media promotion and email campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in event planning or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with event management software is a plus.
