Job Description

The Collections Manager will be responsible for all aspects of collections process, ensuring timely payments, reducing delinquent accounts and building strong relationships with customers.

  • Accounts Receivable Management - monitor accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding receivables
  • Customer Relations - communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues, negotiate payment terms, and handle disputes professionally
  • Collections Strategy - develop and implement policies and procedures for collections to minimize bad debt and improve recovery rates
  • Reporting - prepare regular reports on aging, collection trends, DSO, and bad debt performance
  • Team Leadership - lead, mentor, and train the collections team to achieve department goals
  • Collaboration - work closely with accounting, sales, and legal teams to resolve customer account issues and disputes
This is a remote (work from home) position.

Occasional travel may be required, less than 10%, for attending meetings, conferences or team events.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience as Collections Manager, Receivables Manager or similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Detail oriented individual with proficient organization and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with SaaS and value-added reseller relationship, a plus

For this role, the salary range is $105,000-$115,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.
At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
