We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help us develop new partnerships and grow existing ones. The right candidate has 3-5 years of business development experience and a deep understanding of the mobile advertising industry. The successful individual is knowledgeable, intelligent, outgoing, determined, and passionate about digital advertising and the mobile app ecosystem.
Responsibilities include:
- Initiate relationships with lead mobile app developers and publishers
- Generate leads, develop prospects, and build a business pipeline
- Organize and lead calls and in-person meetings with prospective and existing partners
- Collaborate with the operations team during partner integration, testing, and launch of our ad SDK
- Oversee and optimize in app performance, and manage relationships with high-profile mobile publishers
- Work with legal team on negotiating and finalizing contracts
- Work cross functionally with internal teams to execute business initiatives
- Represent HyprMX at industry events and conferences both domestically and internationally
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices
- You have a proven track record of success in a similar role or industry

- 3-5 years experience in business development or partnerships
- Passion for mobile apps, games, and digital advertising
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Detail-oriented and enjoy analysis and problem-solving
- Naturally curious and always finding ways to contribute
- Existing relationships with mobile app developers is a plus

Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Jun Group employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office three days per week.
Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000, plus incentive pay
