Position: Business Development Manager
Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours

Territory: Federal Way to Renton and the surrounding areas
Summary:
- To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand
- To promote the services of Paul Davis
- To build industry relationships
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive activities.
- Work closely with the operations and project management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested
- Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis

- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
