Summary:

To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand To promote the services of Paul Davis To build industry relationships Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted campaigns and promotional activities. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive activities. Work closely with the operations and project management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis Skills and Knowledge:

Strong verbal and written communications Strategic thinking and planning Project management and multitasking capability Strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Personal Characteristics:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the restoration or construction industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
