Multiple Fiscal Secretary/Tax Office - Administration Office, Classification B
, full-time positions, available immediately.

Keystone Central School District is accepting applications for multiple full-time, year round fiscal secretary in the tax office. Position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple interruptions. Must work well with others and possess the skills necessary to service the public in a courteous and helpful manner. Must have experience with Microsoft Office and a strong emphasis in Excel. Starting salary for a classification B secretary is $38,749, pro-rated.

Key responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily deposits
  • Efficiently enters data into computer system
  • Responsible for allocation, refund, and check printing
  • Assists taxpayers in preparing tax return
  • Responsible for claims to/from other jurisdictions, as assigned
  • Assists with Real Estate issues
  • Assists Tax Officer with special projects
