You will lead the market success for our firm's AI-based Agent Assist solutions. In this role, you are an pivotal part of our world class, high performing, Global Product Management team and you will report to our Senior Director Product Management.Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end product management cycle from Concept to Market Success, and lifecycle managementCollaborate with our global leadership team in defining clear short-term and long-term product strategy within the relevant market or geographyIdentify requirements, define detailed roadmaps, and create preliminary design conceptsWork closely with our Engineering teams to drive the implementation of the roadmap and meet spec, quality, and timelines for all projectsPrioritize business requirements and translate them to product functional & technical requirementConstantly analyze the competitive landscape, run gap & SWOT analyses, and define the differentiated story of your productsTrack product pipeline and sales, and analyze growth trends and obstacles   Collect and analyze customer feedback and implement recommendations to the roadmap  Own Product Documentation and Demos Support the Sales and Pre-Sales teams and join sales meetings to pitch and demo the products to enterprise customers and partnersDevelop competitive and accurate pricing modelsEvangelize our exciting products for the sales teams, our enterprise customers, trusted market analysts and partners in media Skills:Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or related fieldsMinimum 10 years of experience in delivering SaaS based / web-based products with minimum of 5 years of Product Management experienceExperience in Product Management for Speech Analytics and/or Virtual Voice Assistant productsExcellent written & oral communicationExperience in working with Agile methodologiesExperience in building products with Data Science, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Artificial IntelligenceProven analytical and innovative thinking, leadership, problem solving, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skillsDomain knowledge in building & launching solutions for Contact Centers, Conversational Assistants, or Conversational AIBe comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detailDemonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level executives Over 4 years of experience managing a product management teamHiring Range: $226,100 - $282,600 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo AltoThe specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement,  pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.Location preference:USA - CA - Palo AltoUniphore is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
