Over the course of our internship experience, you will have the opportunity to:

• Working with the Business Development group and executive management across the organization to identify opportunities, develop sound business cases and drive measurements of actions to continuously improve on the inputs and ultimately the outputs of the business.
• Working with Enlightened leadership to apply your strategic and analytical skills to drive new areas of potential development.
• Duties include the development of business plans, white papers and business presentations.
• Actively develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
• Conduct market analyses, analyzing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business.
• Demonstrate strong technology, analytical and communication skills.

What you’ll do:

• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders (internally)
• Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics
• Work with various business departments, cross-functional teams and potentially Project Managers (PM)
• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations
• Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
• Planning and monitoring, some budgeting, and forecasting, with some financial modeling, pricing and reporting

Basic Requirements:

• Seeking Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology/related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated analytical background
• Skills in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders
