SUMMARY:
The Finance Manager coordinates all activities regarding finance and insurance for our valued customers, which includes working to help customers obtain financing, preparing all associated documentation, and selling extended service contracts and additional protection products. This individual should have a positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, strong business acumen and sales aptitude, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
* Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
* Work with customers to obtain financing through lenders on vehicle purchases in conformance with state and federal law
* Work with our Underwriting department to maximize every opportunity.
* Prepare all state and federal documents regarding vehicle purchases in a timely manner and in accordance with established laws and procedures
* Maintain good working relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
* Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
* Work with the Sales team to ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department and that the Sales team has information on finance programs and understands the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs
* Must be able to give a proper finance and insurance menu presentation explaining product options available packages.
* Responsible for securing and handling customer money during vehicle transactions, turning money into accounting
* Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards
* Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations
* Protect the dealership Assets
EXPECTATIONS:
* To fulfill all F&I responsibilities, including utilizing various tools such as email and chat, the HGreg process must be maintained.
* Clean File Flow including 3 Day Turn, and no 10 day CIT's
* Maintain a 90% Box to close
* $3,000 Minimum Finance PVR
* 1.9 PPD
* 45% VSC Pen %
* $5,000 Minimum Cash Income on cash deals
* Achieve monthly objectives as required by HGreg performance metrics
SCHEDULE:
* 8-hour shift including weekends
* 2 days off/week
EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
* Detail-oriented and can stay organized in a fast pace environment
* Reynolds, DMvDlr, Opus OSS, Dealertrack ITap Menu experience Helpful
* Strategic thinker that will strive to find a solution for every customer when needed
* Self-motivated and a team player
* Ability to understand tag and title laws; DMV
* Track record of impeccable customer service ratings
* Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background)
LICENSE:
Must maintain a valid in-state Driver's License and be considered insurable with the dealerships insurance policy.
