Introduction: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. This role is designed to support a senior agent with various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, client management, and market research. Within this role, you will work alongside one of our top producing, senior agents. You will work on complex deals, develop valuable skills in the commercial real estate field, and have the opportunity to grow within the company. Job duties will include: Client Support: Assist the lead agent in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the transaction process. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on commercial properties, market trends, zoning regulations, parking requirement ratios, and other critical factors. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to support client needs and transaction goals. Property Tours & Inspections: Coordinate and participate in property tours, site inspections, and client meetings, representing the brokerage professionally and knowledgeably. Transaction Management: Assist in preparing and organizing transaction documentation, including LOIs, contracts, abstracts, proformas, and other legal documents. Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all paperwork. Lead Generation & Networking: Proactively identify potential clients and new business opportunities through networking events, cold calling, email outreach, and digital marketing efforts. Marketing Support : Contribute to marketing activities, including the preparation of property brochures, email blasts, social media content, and online listing management to promote properties and attract potential tenants and buyers. Financial Analysis: Assist in conducting financial analysis for leasing and investment opportunities, including rent roll analysis, expense forecasting, tenant improvement cost calculations, and SBA loan considerations. Professional Development: Stay updated on commercial real estate industry standards, market trends, and best practices. Be open to mentoring and guidance from the lead agent to advance knowledge and expertise. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Experience: Some experience in real estate, sales, or customer service; commercial real estate experience is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail and organization. Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with real estate software (e.g., CoStar) is highly desirable. License: Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one is required. This is a commission-only position with no base salary
