Data-Driven Analysis: Perform detailed financial and variance analysis to inform executive decision-making.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or similar roles within financial services
Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
Advanced Excel Skills: Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and reporting
Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels
