Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Were seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our clients finance team. This strategic role is critical for driving data-driven decision-making, leading financial planning processes, and delivering actionable insights to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Compensation: $95,000-$115,000/year, with performance-based bonuses.Location: Berlin, CT (Hybrid flexibility available).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

Analyze financial performance by tracking key metrics, identifying trends, and delivering actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with business units to develop financial models for new initiatives, investments, and strategic projects.

Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting variances and opportunities.

Monitor market trends and competitor performance to inform long-term financial strategies.

Enhance and automate reporting tools and dashboards to improve efficiency and data accessibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA certification preferred).

5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or a similar financial role.

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
