Job Description: - Provide care in a 24-bed unit with a staff of 26, including 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 1 clerk during the day - Manage patient ratios typically 3:1 and 4:1, occasionally 2:1 depending on acuity - Conduct non-stress tests, manage hyperemesis, administer insulin and magnesium drips, and handle heparin drips - Utilize EMR Meditech and CPN systems - Collaborate with a teamwork-oriented staff and demonstrate good communication skills - Adhere to a dress code requiring navy blue scrubs - Participate in a unit that offers permanent positions, with opportunities for professional growth and advanced technology
