Job Description: - Work as part of the Postpartum/Mom Baby unit on a fast-paced, level 4 maternity ward. - Engage in a team-oriented environment that values flexibility, reliability, and a fun, compassionate approach. - Care for patients following a 1 RN to 3-4 couplets ratio, with an aim to maintain a 1-3 couplets ratio whenever possible. - Assist in procedures such as infant labs, circumcision, and frenotomy. - Utilize medical equipment, including Panda Warmers. - Document patient information using CPN and Meditech electronic medical records. - Comply with the unit's dress code, wearing navy blue scrubs. - Work every other weekend, with no on-call requirements. - Opportunities available for permanent positions within the unit. - Join a supportive team that thrives on teamwork and has received awards and recognition for its exceptional service.
