Managing Human resource records, administering payroll, benefits programs, coordinating the 403B plan Managing the grants and contracts database, develop foundation strategies, monitor the grants budgets, and supporting grantee's Comfortable picking up reception phone calls, engaging with philanthropy, liaising with building management and facilities - A TEAM PLAYER Director of Finance & Administration Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience Strong Excel & Budgeting skills Must 'buy in' to their mission NFP experience is a plus #INNOV2024 #LI-MW1 #ZRCFS Id: EB-2110520919
