The Opportunity:

We're seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the internal and external communications required to deliver a pre-engineered metal building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of pre-engineered metal building projects, from initial contract to fabrication completion.

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage project budgets. Corroborate with other departments to ensure project schedules are maintained. Maintain effective communication with architects and customer representatives. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage change orders as necessary. Benefits:

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred, but not required. Prior experience in the PEMB industry is required. Experience with Metal Building Software (MBS) is preferred, but not required. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
