The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for the design and implementation of attraction strategies that maximize the reach of AdventHealth from a talent attraction and recruitment standpoint. Builds on existing attraction strategies (Conferences, Podcasts, VR) and seeks new lines to expand the organizations footprint to create quality brand impressions. Works with the Clinical, Operational and HR leaders within the system to understand unique needs of the business. Navigates and develops partnerships within the system to during the creation of strategies, ensuring with broad support and buy-in. Fosters a transparent culture for the continuous improvement of strategies. Develops and leads plans to achieve improvement objectives using communication, project and change management principles.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Responsible for designing the annual attraction strategy. Designs the conference/tradeshow/podcast and virtual booth strategy based on the workforce demand.
Works diligently to seek new and forward-thinking opportunities to improve and increase talent attraction and reach for critical AdventHealth roles.
Leverages and seeks out sponsorship opportunities, both within and outside AdventHealth with regional and facility partners.
Establishes ROI evaluation framework for conference/tradeshow/podcast and virtual booth strategies, and set goals for brand reach, general leads, and quality interest leads.
Works closely with clinical, operation, and HR leaders to devise and communicate the talent attraction strategy involving conference/tradeshow/podcast and virtual booth and new initiatives.
Develops plans to enable the identification and cataloging of AdventHealth staff members belonging to key associations. Create plans to leverage staff connections to associations to further strategic objectives.
Works with exhibit service companies to execute established requirements including facilitating shipping of trade show materials - related products, structural design, space layouts encompassing physical products, electrical, lighting, video, graphics and other key experiential elements
Stays abreast of emerging associations and partnership opportunities that can contribute to the department’s strategic objectives.
Conducts research and establishes contact with relevant 3rd party entities.
Fosters the development of relationships beneficial to the strategic goals of the organization.
Analyzes available information and make sound decisions to deliver superior brand experiences
Oversees invoice processing and budget tracking. Assists team members in achieving business results.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor’s Degree
5 years of experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Master’s Degree preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
