Commissioning Project Manager

--Description: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity with a growing and established company. This person will be responsible for traveling to projects onsite at various locations and coordinating with the project team, clients, and other personnel to execute an effective project. You will be the single point of contact for clients and will be responsible for collaborating with them to ensure all needs are met in a timely manner. This person will have a strong background in Industrial and or Commercial HVAC Systems and project management. You will be responsible for overseeing all start up, commissioning, and closing endeavors to ensure prime performance while meeting customer expectations.

Job Requirements

--Requirements:

--Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management within related field.

--Background in Commercial and Industrial Construction, and Industrial HVAC Systems.

--Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred or 10 years experience in related field.

--Experience with modular chiller plants strongly preferred.

--OSHA 30 certification required.

--Proficient with Word, Excel,, Project Management software preferred.

--Proficient in BIM360 a plus.

--Must be comfortable with heavy travel.
